Tea & food pairings
This infusion, with its delicious notes of honey and spices, can be enjoyed at the end of a meal as a dessert, or served with fruit jellies or dried apricots filled with marzipan. Slightly over-infused, it can also accompany a cheese platter, adding a festive touch.
