With its base of wu long tea, this creation delivers intoxicating floral and sweet flavors accompanied by a hint of bitterness, reminiscent of the sweetness of certain oriental pastries.

Tea and food pairings
This wulong tea will add an original touch to a simple yoghurt or semolina cake. It can also be paired with delicious oriental pastries such as baklava or gazelle horns. Iced, it's the perfect accompaniment to orange custard or grapefruit sorbet.
