Tea preparation tips

For a cup that warms
In India, "Masala Tchaï" means "tea with milk and spices". The result is a smooth, coppery cup spiced with traditional Indian spices... The intoxicating warmth of the spices transports body and mind on a gentle journey to the sensual realm of oriental flavors. Delicious on its own, this tea is traditionally enjoyed with milk (soy, rice, almond, oat, etc.) with or without brown sugar (organic!).

Tea and food pairings
Served "plain", this tea with Indian spices is the perfect accompaniment to milk chocolate, to which it will add characterful flavors. Prepared in the traditional way as a tchai latte, it will add gourmandise and subtlety to intense dark chocolate.
