Created with respect for tradition, masala is inspired by an Indian Ayurvedic recipe composed exclusively of spices. This combination of sensuality and spirituality gives us a drink that awakens the senses, invades and warms the body, while liberating the spirit. Delicious!
Brewing instructions:
Put a tablespoon of masala in a liter of cold water - 2 tablespoons for a stronger infusion - Heat and leave to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain and add 1/4 liter of milk (cow's, soy, rice, almond...). Heat briefly and sweeten.
Indian tradition: Before filtering the spices, steep a teaspoon of black tea for five minutes. Add milk and sugar, and enjoy hot!
