Mallow flowers
Tips for preparing herbal tea
A herbal tea that promotes digestion and intestinal transit
Mallow, which has given its name to a color, is not only a flower that charms the eye, it's also a precious ally with virtues that promote digestion and intestinal transit. This plant, well known to herbalists, belongs to the Althaea family, from the Greek altho meaning "to heal". Its beautifully textured infusion, with sweet flavors reminiscent of wildflower honey, is particularly mild and pleasant.

Belles fleurs de mauve séchées, très bonne qualité ! On peut en faire des tisanes pour le transit (constipation, douleur), puis après les manger : riches en muscilage elles hydrate la gorge 👍
