Produced by small-scale Peruvian growers, these cocoa bean hulls come from the criollo variety, renowned for its highly aromatic character. Their infusion produces a calorie-free, smooth and warm beverage that can be combined with milk and sugar, or with mate for an extra touch of gourmandise or originality.
