A flavourful herbal tea
Cultivated hemp (Cannabis sativa L), a cousin of hops, was one of the first plants domesticated and cultivated by man. Used in particular to make ropes and sails for ships, it played a major role in the exploration of distant seas and opened up the horizons of the world. Its infusion offers particularly sweet, tangy, honeyed plant flavors. An astonishing beverage that goes well with many savoury dishes.
