Je comptais commander ce shiboridashi de Sawa Houzan depuis le Japon, mais il était en rupture depuis une éternité. Quelle surprise de le trouver sur jardinsdegaia.com!!! Il est très simple et très beau, et ne coule pas quand on verse le thé. Il est aussi très léger. il y a des parties vitrifiées et d’autres non, et la vitrification présente une teinte rosâtre dont on devine des fines craquelures.
