Rooibos Militant
SFEPM has been committed to the conservation of wild mammals for over 45 years. Among them, the boreal lynx, France's largest feline, is an endangered species threatened by human activities. Since 2017, SFEPM has been working to learn more about the species through field studies and awareness-raising initiatives.

Tea and food pairings
The red fruit notes of this rooibos will resonate with those of a muffin or cookie with cranberries, goji or dried strawberries. A hint of salt in the buttered dough will enhance this pairing. Macadamia nuts and hazelnuts are another harmonious pairing. An ideal beverage to accompany pancakes or maple syrup pancakes, it's also an ideal accompaniment to gourmet brunches and snacks.
