Tea & Food Pairings
This infusion brings an original note to pastries made with yellow fruit, in particular peach and pear, with which it blends harmoniously. It also goes wonderfully well with a simple plain brioche, pastries or buttered toast for a gourmet breakfast, without sugar or caffeine.
