Tea and food pairings
This tea, with its complex bouquet, adds an elegant dimension to classic desserts: tartes tatins, for example, or ripe fruit muffins. Generally speaking, it goes well with moist cakes, financiers or galettes de rois. It will also resonate harmoniously with a tagine flavored with prunes or dates.
