Tea and food pairings
This fresh, fruity tea goes wonderfully well, preferably cold, with peach or apricot puddings or cut fruit topped with whipped cream. The contrast is also very pleasant with a simple rice pudding, cannelés or a vanilla-scented custard tart, for a soft, subtle match.
