Homemade cookies recipe

Ingredients for 15 cookies

  • 85 g butter/margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 95 g sugar & vanilla
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 sachet bicarbonate

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix the butter, sugar & vanilla and egg in a bowl until smooth. Add the salt and baking powder, then gradually stir in the flour until the dough is smooth and firm. Add the sprinkles and mix well. Place non-adhesive paper on the baking sheet. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and place in small, evenly-spaced heaps on the baking sheet. Bake for 12 min at 180°C.
