A raw, whole cane sugar, muscovado from the Philippines, combined with the sweetness of Ceylon cinnamon, this homemade creation will bring original, 100% natural flavors to your waffles, crêpes, crumbles and other cookies. Use it directly in place of sugar in your recipe and enjoy the difference!

Recipe for apple and pear crumble
Ingredients for 6 people
- 6/7 fruits
- 110 g flour
- 70 g butter/margarine
- 75 g sugar & cinnamon
Mix the chopped butter, flour, sugar & cinnamon and crumble with your fingers until smooth. Wash and chop your fruit. Arrange in buttered ramekins. Spoon the crumble mixture generously over the fruit.
Bake at 205°C (gas mark 7). Bake for 25 to 30 min (when the top is golden brown).
