CYCLE 2 ARTS, CULTURES AND TERROIRS

Cycle 2 will be designed as a journey through the main producing countries studied from the perspective of "terroir" and cultural influence. For historical and geographical reasons, the analysis of China and Taiwan will be combined in a single section, as will that of Japan and South Korea. The study of teas from India, Nepal and Sri Lanka will also be covered in joint courses. Each stopover will conclude with an in-depth study of the traditional services discovered in Cycle 1. To do this, trainees will be asked to complete written exercises and to film themselves practicing, so as to be better evaluated by the trainer.
