Discover the world of tea

CYCLE 1 DISCOVERY

After giving advice on how to follow the online training program, and explaining how the curriculum works and how to use its teaching tools, we'll dive into the world of tea and its major themes. An introduction will define the basic notions and vocabulary to be mastered for the rest of the program. We'll then move on to a presentation of the 6 tea families and their transformation processes, followed by a study of the different services and the serving gestures to be acquired. The second part of the cycle will be devoted to the exploration of tea colors and the variety of their palettes, as well as the discovery of sensory analysis. Tasting booklets must be completed after each session and sent to the examiner
