Tea from India
A fine crop with small, even leaves dotted with golden tips. Its bright, coppery infusion releases a round, flavorful liquor with the spicy, malty taste characteristic of good Assam teas. A fine, full-bodied tea.

Original tea
White, green, black and dark teas from China, India, Japan and elsewhere are all varieties from the same plant: the tea plant. Once plucked, the leaf is processed in different ways, undergoing numerous transformations. Depending on the terroir, the fineness of the leaf and the way it is processed, the result is an unlimited palette of tastes and vintages.
Tea and food pairings
This great classic is the perfect accompaniment to "French breakfasts": viennoiseries, toast with jam or crêpes, as well as savoury breakfasts: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages..
For a gourmet break, it will also enhance a dark chocolate with character, plain or with candied oranges and/or nuts.
