A black tea with delicious, complex notes
Harvested from the mountainside, these carefully twisted leaves, dotted with golden buds, give off a promising fragrance. When infused, they release a bright, round liqueur, which leaves the palate with frank, gourmet flavors of marmalade, chocolate and malt, harmonizing with more animal notes of leather. Delicious!

Plain tea
White, green, black and dark teas from China, India, Japan and elsewhere are all varieties from the same plant: the tea plant. Once plucked, the leaf is processed in different ways, undergoing numerous transformations. Depending on the terroir, the fineness of the leaf and the way it is processed, the result is an unlimited palette of tastes and vintages.
Tea and food pairings
The balanced, slightly sweet flavors of this black tea are ideal with a simple square of dark chocolate or fresh banana. A little overdosed, it can also be paired with hard cheeses such as young mimolette or grilled red meat.
