Spicy Summer (prepare a day ahead)

  • Chop up an organic apple and orange and place in a one-litre jug. Add 75 cl of cold water, 9 g (five teaspoons) of Summer Vibration tea in a filter and 1 teaspoon of Espelette hot chili pepper (or more if you prefer!)
  • Cover and leave at room temperature for 24 hours, the time it takes for the fruit to macerate like in a Sangria, then put it in the fridge.
  • Remove the filter, add 25 cl of chilled organic red fruit juice and stir.
  • Serve in large glasses decorated with orange slices and ice cubes.

Spring delight

  • Infuse two teaspoons of A woman’s dream tea in 15cl of simmering water (80°C). Leave to infuse for 4-5 minutes and strain. Pour the infusion into a large glass full of ice cubes.
  • Mix in a shaker with 5 cl of guava juice, 3 cl of lychee juice, a dash of agave sirop and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Add the cold A woman’s dream tea and a small teaspoon of cardamom, then pour into the glass.
  • Whisk a few centilitres of soy milk with guava juice to make a foam.
  • Delicately drizzle the foam on the cocktail.

Matcha Tutti Frutti

  • Put two level teaspoons of Matcha Tradition in a matcha bowl. Add 20 ml of water and 20 ml of soya milk. Dissolve the matcha then whisk the matcha energetically making an “M” or “W” shape (not a circle) until you achieve a nice foam.
  • Put the ice cubes into a goblet with 210 ml of exotic fruit juice and pour the matcha over the top. Two beautiful layers will appear (the yellow nectar in the bottom and the green matcha above)

Lager style tea

  • In a shaker, mix 190 ml of cold infusion of Relaxing interlude– 4 drops of lemon juice – 2 ml of agave syrup.
  • Shake vertically and horizontally for about 5 seconds.
  • To create a nice foam: quickly pour one third of the cocktail into a large glass containing 60 ml of sparkling apple juice, then pour it back into the shaker and finally pour everything into the cup.

Piña Fiesta

  • In a blender mix 130 ml of Bollywood flush cold tea – 80 ml of pineapple juice – 40 ml of coconut milk – two ice cubes for about 30 seconds until they are mixed and a lovely foam appears.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass.
  • Put half a pineapple ring as decoration on the side of the glassand sprinkle on Lavender and flower sugar.

If you don’t like cardamom, replace Bollywood flush with On the Banks of the Ganges River !
